How to Set Up Alerts
Alerts are specialized notifications you can set up based on Motion Zones. When creating a motion zone you can specify if the region you create will generate a “High” or a “Low” alert.
To set up alerts you will need to first create a Motion Zone. Please follow the linked guide for an explanation on how to set them up.
Next to the Motion Zone click the Bell next to the region you want to receive alerts for and a drop-down menu will appear.
Check the Alert Enable box in order to enable alerts.
Under Level you can change the type of alert to classify the region as (High or Low).
For a more in-depth description of all configuration options you can click the Blue Question Mark in the top right.Once the changes are made click Apply and Save Changes.
Each user on the account will be able to choose which type of alerts they receive. This can be adjusted under My Profile in the Notifications tab.
