Check your Spam folder if you don't receive the email.

I have Eagle Eye Networks equipment but don't know my information.

No worries, we've got you covered! There are just a few things we'll need from you in order to help:
  1. Your bridge serial number. You can find this on the bottom of our smaller compact units and on the back of our larger rack-mounted units. (EEN-BR***-12345)
  2. Your first and last name.
  3. The name of your Reseller/ Installer, if available.
