Reach out to Eagle Eye Technical Support if the Sureview settings to not show in the corresponding menu.
1. Set the custom IP and Port for Sureview Immix integration in Account Settings>Alerts.
2. Fill in the IP and Port
3. Click Save Changes.
Configuring Alerts per Camera
When enabled, a “Sureview Email” can be entered in camera settings. Check the box next to Sureview Email and fill out the email address; any motion alerts or analytics notifications will be sent here as well.
