Requesting Camera Support

If you connect a camera to the Eagle Eye system and it shows up as “Unsupported Camera” you may need to request camera support.


Simply click the Envelope Icon next to the camera and fill out the form to submit your request.


Ensure to leave the camera on and connected to the bridge so we can access the device and work on it remotely.

Camera support requests may take some time, but our Camera Support team will keep you updated via email on the status of your request.


Once support is complete you will receive a confirmation email.
