How to Set Up Notifications

This guide will show you how to set up Notifications so you can be notified when motion is detected in the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS.
Click Your Name.
Select My Profile.
Select the Alert Types you want to receive.
System All is in relation to offline devices; this option will notify you if a device reports offline for an extended period of time.
High Alerts are Motion Regions you label as such.
Low Alerts are Motion Regions you label as such.
System All is only available for Administrators of the account.
Select the Method of Delivery for the Alerts.
Email Notifications is the method of delivery for the notification.
Push Notifications is the method of delivery for the notifications.
This refers to Mobile Notifications.
Click Save Changes.
To receive Alerts you will need to set up Motion Zones and classify the Alert type for the zone as either High or Low. For more information on creating Motion Zones refer to the linked document.
