Enabling 2 Factor Authentication for Resellers & End-Users

Steps


  1. Log in using your credentials.

  2. Click Your Name

  3. Select My Profile.

  1. Select Two Factor Authentication.

  2. Fill out the SMS Phone field.

  3. Click Save Changes.


Verification


  1. Enter your credentials and click Send Security Code. 

  • This will send a security code to the email (and phone) assigned to your account.

  1. Enter the security code received from the email to save this configuration. 

  • The next time you log into the system, Two-Factor Authentication will be enforced.

This is a per-user option however a Reseller can require it for entire SubAccounts.



Reseller


  1. Click the Settings icon for the SubAccount.

  1. Select Access.

  2. Select Two Factor Authentication.

  1. Click Save Changes.
