This Application Note is intended for Eagle Eye Cloud VMS account administrators who are responsible for the setup and configuration of the VMS, and want to install Axis thermal cameras. 

This document details how to configure an Axis thermal camera in Eagle Eye Cloud VMS. By following this guide users can get the thermal Events from the camera to show up in History Browser and Alerts/Notifications. Below mentioned features are supported for thermal camera:  

1. Filter for thermal events (thermal threshold crossed)

2. View video when thermal events are generated 

3. View Areas on the video with bounding boxes where the thermal events were generated

4. Get notifications (emails, Push notifications) when a thermal Event is generated
