Through integration, it is possible to connect the Eagle Eye Networks Cloud VMS to Brivo access events. This makes not only real-time, but also post-event investigations of Eagle Eye surveillance footage possible, directly via Brivo's platform.
On the Cloud VMS side of things, setup is minimal and straight-forward.
Create an Eagle Eye user specifically for the purpose of Brivo integration.
It is recommended that the Cloud VMS user be created as a non-admin user who has the necessary permissions to view all relevant cameras.
The Eagle Eye user used for integration does NOT need to be an API integration administrator.
Brivo Integration is not possible when the 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature is enabled for the Cloud VMS user that is being used for the integration. Please ensure that 2FA is disabled for this user.
