            New router, Cameras are offline

            Normally when you get another router, you will get another global IP. 
            First you will have to be connected to the same network as the cameras. To find your new global IP, go to an IP lookup website. ( Like
            On the top of the website, your global IP is displayed. 

            Now that you know your new Global IP, go to your CameraManager and open the Networks tab of the camera(s).  
            Press the "Shift" key on your keyboard and double click on the "Camera IP Address and Port" line. You will see a lot of information now. 
            Change the "IP Address" to your new Global IP. 
            Note: Change the IP Address, not the Local IP Address. Most of the times this is not necessary. 

            Sometimes you will need to change the local IP Address as well. 

            You will need your MAC addresses of the cameras. This is found on the sticker on the camera Itself. This is also displayed on the CameraManager application under Camera Info. 

            To change the Local IP address of the cameras, open the Command Prompt on your Desktop (which is still connected into the same network as the cameras)
            Fill in the command "ipconfig". You will see your gateway. Copy this. 
            Fill in the command ping <gateway

            When the ping is done, fill in the command "arp -a". This command shows all connected devices shown in the network. 
            Find the MAC addresses of the cameras in the list. Next to this MAC, you will see the new Local IP address. 

            Fill in this address in the Networks tab.
