Microsoft Azure SSO Integration Guide

This guide is for configuring the integration of Microsoft Azure with an Eagle Eye VMS account.  

A Microsoft Azure account and VMS branded account are required.

Microsoft Azure Settings

1.  Creating a new application

      1.  Log in to the Azure portal.   
      2. Select the Azure Active Directory Service
      3.  Select   Enterprise applications from the menu on the left sidebar.
     4. Choose  New Application.

      5.  Select  Non-gallery application. 

      6.  Provide the application's name and click  add .

      7.  Select option 2 " Set up single sign-on ."

      8.  Choose  SAML  as the SSO method.

2.  Application SOO settings:  Fill in the specified value for each field  

      1.  Basic SAML Configuration.

<branded_subdomain> is the branded subdomain provided by Eagle Eye.

      2.  User attributes & Claims section.  

                  1.  Required claim.

Unique User Identifier (Name ID)

user.mail [nameid-format:emailAddress]

                  2.  Additional claims.
   Required for VMS integration.

      3.  SAML Signing Certificate Fields.

      4.  Set up <application>.

This section holds the data needed for VMS account configuration

3.  VMS Account Settings

The master account Identity provider settings (sub-account settings are parallel).      

1.  Single Sign-ON URL

Copy  Login UR L from Azure's  Set Up <application>  section and paste into Single Sign-On URL . 

2.  Issuer

Copy Azure AD Identifier from Azure‚Äôs Set Up <application> section and paste into Issuer.

3.  Certificate

Copy downloaded certificate from the  SAML Signing Certificate section.
