Access the Maintenance menu and use the Check option to locate the firmware on Bosch’s website.
If you’re experiencing choppy video playback on IOS, upgrade the camera to its latest firmware and disable b-frames by changing GOP structure to IP.
This setting can be found within Camera> Encoder Profile.
Adjust the setting for the profiles in use for the streams. Use the Profile Name to discern which are being utilized.
